ChicBeautyFashion offers free worldwide shipping. Orders are shipped from China using FedEx or UPS.

Dispatch and tracking

Confirmed orders are dispatched within 72 hours. We provide a tracking number once your order has shipped.

Estimated delivery

Delivery is estimated at 8–12 days after dispatch. This is an estimate rather than a guaranteed arrival date. Please follow the carrier’s tracking updates for the latest information.

When your parcel arrives

Check the packaging and contents on arrival. If the package is damaged or an item is missing, take photographs and contact us promptly. Where possible, report visible damage to the carrier at delivery.

Lost or damaged parcels

If a parcel is lost or damaged in transit, contact us with your order number, tracking details and any relevant photographs. We will investigate and arrange a replacement or refund where applicable.
